So do we have to give separate exam for JEE and JEE exam for hotel management?

No, If you want to take admission in a hotel management college, About JEE, you have to give only one exam to enroll in a university that is only JEE. And if it's help you like it.

Can I get a seat in any NIT with 27000 rank in JEE Mains?

You can get seat in NIT but not in TOP NIT. You can get seat in some lower NIT with 27000 rank. You can get other NITs like: NIT Manipur, NIT Mizoram, NIT Agartala, NIT Srinagar etc. Hope this will help. Thanks.

It all depends upon your branch, your board percentage and of course your caste. So if at all you are of OBC category with 92 % in board exam then 160 marks would be enough to get admission in some of the decent branch like Mech, EEE, civil. But for ECE and CSE it might be a bit more ranging from 18

Yes, you can but it mainly depends on the rank. You will surely get one if there is an NIT in your home state. Even without hone state you will get it. I studied at NIT Kurukshetra
My friend's rank 6Lacs. Plus ST plus home state he got CS in my college
Last SC rank in my college was around 2 lacs.

You got 98.7percentile in JEE Mains then your rank approximately 12-13k and you are qualified for JEE Advanced
The strategy to preparation for JEE Advanced you should complete basics of every chapter and most focus on the highest number of Probability chapter
And solve every JEE Advanced pyq and give
