Hii Div, Admission to L D College of Engineering BE course is based on GUJCET rank, (not by JEE rank) followed by GUJCET Counselling. The institute-specific qualifying cutoff is announced after the declaration of the GUJCET result to manage the seat allotment process.

Eligibility for VIT is those who have studied in Regular, Full time and Formal Education are eligible to apply. The Admission will be on the basis of the performance in the qualifying examination (10+2)Mandatory Subjects: Mathematics/Biology, Physics chemistry
Candidates must have passed 10+2/equivalent from a recognised board/institute with mentioned marks and mandatory subjects.

They will accept the best rank of you. The minimum rank to get a seat in university is Around 18000-20000 rank under the 1st category is required in viteee to get admission in VIT Vellore at least for CSE branch 5000-6000 rank is required. As per your percentile, you will definitely get a seat at the university.
