If you're a general category Delhite, then there's no possibility that you'll get the admission in DTU in any branch. But considering that you have mentioned quota, I want to know which quota to explain better
If you fall under OBC category then yes you have the chance of getting admission with branches lower or equivalent to electrical engineering
If you're SC or ST, then accordingly you have the chances to get admission with better branches.

As you know the percentile depends on various factor like number of students in your shift, the question paper difficulty level, and the students level also. From the previous year cut-off trend, you should have 99.25 percentile to get CSE in the NIT Kurukshetra from home state. And it also depends on your category from which you belong. So revise regularly and prepare for the exam and you may get your choice.

If you ask about Computer Science in India: IISc. Is the only place. Rest are just selling what is required by market. They are packaging tea on the wrapper of coffee. Well, this has been always our habit, so we are paying for it. We hardly have any product of our own in field of Computer Science. And then you can find your career in better way.

This is a very good rank and you will get CSE branch in most of the top NIT's. I think the best option would be of NIT Kurukshetra which is ranked 7876th in all NIT rankings of 2020! Then you will have the options of NIT Bhopal NIT Jalandhar NIT Hamirpur NIT Durgapur etc. Although MNIT Allahabad, MNIT Jaipur are ranked behind NIT Kurukshetra but closing rank for CSE branch is much lesser so you won't be able to get CSE there. There would be options of ECE and IT branches in those NIT's but considering that you only want CSE.

At rank 40000, you will get some good colleges but you will have to compromise with the branches as you will get lower branches, but if you don't want to compromise and want to get upper branches or core branches then you will have to go for some lower colleges
The admission cutoffs are usually released by JoSAA on behalf of the colleges that are participating in the counseling process. According to the JoSAA given below are opening and closing ranks of some NITs ( open category only)

Hello. You are asking Difference between CRL and OBC ranking, right? Your CRL gives your rank considering all the students above you. OBC NCL rank tells your position in your category. In case of JEE Mains, in general your OBC rank will be 1/5 th of your CRL rank. If your crl is less than 2k you will benefitted here, your obc rank would be less than 1/5th of crl. If CRL is &get;15k, obc rank would be slightly greater than 1/5th of crl. (for a guy whose crl is 20200, his obc rank stood at 4.6k and that guy whose rank was 900 had obc rank less than 100). .

Congratulations on your results. The JEE Main Cutoff for 2022 was recently released, and usually this cutoff is of two types: the qualifying cutoff and the admission cutoff. The joint seat allocation authority JoSAA will release the admission cutoff for JEE Main which is the opening and closing ranks for B.Tech admission in each government institute such as NIT. According to the information you have given, you may be able to get into select institutes such as NIT Warangal, Netaji Subhas University of Technology (West Campus), and Indian Institute of Information Technology, Lucknow. In order to secure admission in IIITs through JEE Mains, the good score for the same can be around 85-90 percentile. At the same time, the candidates must feature among the top 25,000 rank range to get admission in popular IIITs. According to previous trends, candidates with a 1 - 25,000 rank range made it to the top IIITs. However, candidates securing ranks beyond 25,000 - 1,00,000 also made it to IIITs (newer IIITs/ regional-level IIITs). .
