You can only get through the VITEEE exam. So apply for VITEEE exam and do well in vit. Based on the performance of VITEEE exam they will take the students. Only option is there to get seat is taking the exam of VITEEE it is a entrance exam of vit.

No you can not get admission in VIT UNIVERSITY'S any campuses through your JEE Mains marks because it conducts its own entrance exam I. e VITEEE. You have to score a rank under 20000 in VITEEE to get admission in VIT UNIVERSITY Vellore campus. Hope this will help you!

You have got a decent rank but it would not be sufficient to fetch you a in IITS you better go for a NITS in josaa counselling. So based on your you can choose JoSAA counselling.
