Yes, Diploma holders are eligible to appear for IIT JEE 2019, but they will be considered similar to 12th passed candidates.

As, per my knowledge you can get a fee waiver seat in AKTU when your JEE ranking is very high or either you are in the economically weaker section (annual income below 2.5 Lacs). Hope your query is resolved.

To get admission in KNIT SULTANPUR you need to achieve good rank in JEE Mains exam and then apply for counselling conducted by uptac online, as your category rank is 47000, you will get admission in KNIT SULTANPUR, in your desired course and branch, but you would have to apply for each round of counselling, and wait till you would get this college, also this college is better than other.

99.03 is pretty good percentile to get any good college. As, far as my knowledge you can predict the colleges by the JEE Main rank finder but for your reference you can get a pretty good NIT' s and maybe some of the IIT's as well for CSE. Hope your query is resolved.

You cannot get IIT simply based on JEE Mains score but yes you can definitely get into NIT it depending upon the cut off that year.

As per 2021 you can easily get Mechanical, Civil in DTU &NSIT. If you are interested in Non-core. You can consider NITs CSE/IT. Hope it helps.
