No with this percentile you can't get ECE in ymca in general category .For reserved category may be you can get in physical counseling

If you are a general category you cannot get admission to DTU. But as you have scored well in boards I think you should opt for a partial drop by getting admitted to any of the Delhi University colleges and prepare for the next attempt. This will help you as you'll not be too much pressurized by your parents and can focus on your goal well.
