Hello Diya Chouhan, perhaps you mean 93 percent marks in 12th since boards are still not declaring results in percentile format. It's okay. It's almost impossible to get admission in a government college for B.Tech without giving JEE Mains. You are talking about NIT or GFTI. Right? Even tobget admission in state government engineering colleges, one has to appear for and clear entrance exam conducted by the concerned states. Best wishes to you.

Hello RS, firstly let me congratulate you on getting such excellent percentile in JEE Mains. However getting admission in CSE branch is another cup of tea. This is so since almost every student gives this branch as the first choice and as a result of this cutoff for this branch are really stiff. However I would like to advise you to download college predictors for JEE Mains examination available on the net. My sincere advise us to not stop here with admission in one of the NIT but go in for preparing and appearing for JEE Advanced forcwhich you will be definitely eligible.
