The eligibility criteria of JEE Main 2020 is given below. Eligibility criteria : 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or 3 years engineering Diploma recognised by AICTE or state board of technical education. So Diploma in Pharmacy students are not eligible for JEE Main exam.

You have not write about the category you belongs. However your expected JEE Main AIR is about 43175. The closing ranks of last year are not available, however the ranks below the 40000 can be good enough for CSE. So you have chances in CCE and ECE.

For getting into IITS, NITS you need to have minimun 75% in intermediate for general category and 65% for sc/st category. So sorry to inform, you cannot get admission in any NITS and IITS.

No, without writing JEE Advanced you can not get into any IITs. With JEE Mains you can enter only into NITs and IITs.
