With 97.4 percentile, (air) 6390 and 1900 rank in OBC, in JEE Mains paper 2 2019 exams and a good score in your class 12th, you have chances to secure admission in NIT's.

Sorry to say but 65% is the minimum marks you have to score to apply for any government college through JEE Mains. So you cannot apply for any college.
