No, it's not possible for you to get admission in any of the NITs. As the total number of seats are less than 600, those who get AIR less than 1.5k can only get seats in NITs.

Check for colleges which you think you are eligible to apply in Shiksha college section page. Upon eligibility, go to that college official website and fill-in online application or visit the campus and fill offline application if available. With this rank, you can get admission in some government colleges, but not possible for you to get admission in NITs.

First of all congratulations, with 94/200 marks in NATA 2019 exams, 88 percentile in JEE Mains Paper 2 exam and a good score in your class 12th, you have less chances to secure admission in Sir JJ College of Architecture.
