If you will not give JEE, you will not get admission in Engineering colleges /institutes which consider JEE marks as standard of giving admission.

No, it is not worthy, because with Amity JEE. You will only get admission in JEE, but JEE Main you can get admission throughout the India with a larger perspective.

It is totally up to you. If you want than you can get good rank in JEE and go into IITS or NITs and grab the placements. Rather than take admission in any state Government College and prepare for GATE and take PSUS.

You should repeat class 12th, because your percentage is not good. And then, you will score if above 75 then you will prepare for JEE Mains and JEE Advanced.
