No, you can't get this college. You need to have at least 90 percentile.

I scored 100 marks in NATA and 98 percentile in JEE paper 2 And 78 % in hsc can I get admission in msu.

I fail in math with 29 marks but overall I pass with extra subjects in class 12 with 88%. So can I take admission in JEE B.Arch paper 2?

No, you are not eligible for this. First, you have to pass all subjects in class 12th.
