There's very less chance because your %ile is not enough to get an NIT.

The best colleges under MAKAUT offering B.Tech in IT are IEM, Heritage, St. Thomas, Meghnad Saha College, etc. You can get admission in either of these without giving Entrance Examination, through management quota. Contact the college to know more about the details, fee structure, and procedure.
Best of luck.

It is not possible for you to get admission in CS branch in any of the NITs, If you want CS branch you only have to go to some other government colleges or have to go with private institutes.

Dear Sukanya,
RSCOE is now Autonomous and has adopted TCS Curriculum for B.Tech (Computer Engineering.) Also, total seats for Computer are pretty less, thus with 65 Percentile chances of getting Admissions are very low.

Your percentile is less so you cannot get MIT or NIT with this percentile but you can get admission in any private college so you can apply for that. Good luck.
