Yes, the student can get into JIPMER with 75% in 10th and 80% in 12th. JIPMER accepts NEET UG scores for MBBS admission, and doesn't consider 10th and 12th scores if the NEET UG is qualified. However, students need to qualify the eligibility criteria for NEET UG, before filling of the NEET UG examination form. The NEET UG eligibility in respect of 10th and 12th marks is different for different categories of candidates. The Minimum aggregate in the qualifying examination (PCB) is 50 percent for the General category, 45 percent for General PWD and 40 percent for SC/ ST/ OBC/ Reserved-PWD. JIPMER Puducherry accepts INICET scores for admission to MD, MS, DM and MCh courses. If you belong to the General AI quota and are seeking admission to the MCh course, you must target a cutoff rank of up to 1270. The cutoff ranks vary for different rounds and categories. For admission to the MBBS programme, the most sought-after programme of RUHS College of Dental Science, Jaipur. Candidates are required to have valid NEET-UG scores/ ranks. As per the RUHS College of Dental Science, Jaipur cutoff 2024, the Round 2 rank for admission to the MBBS programme was 8913.
So, it is quite obvious that with a rank of 7000, candidates will easily get admission at RUHS College of Dental Science in 2024. Similarly, for the OBC AI category, students with 7000 rank can get smooth admission as the cutoff rank was 19800.

The INI CET 2025 cutoff for the January session has been released for Round 1, wherein the closing ranks ranged between 424 and 1055 for the students belonging to the unreserved category. Candidates who have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Botany & Zoology with a minimum of 50% aggregate along with English as one of the subjects can apply for BSc at JIPMER Puducherry.
So yes you can apply but you have to crack the entrance test for studying in the JIPMER. If you can crack the entrance test then you can easily apply at the JIPMER.
