Yes, your registration could be canceled if you do not submit your OBC certificate during the JEE Advanced or JoSAA counseling process. You must provide a valid OBC-NCL certificate issued on or after a specific date (e.g., April 1, 2023) to qualify for OBC category benefits. Without this certificate, you may need to submit a temporary declaration, but it does not guarantee admission. Failure to provide the required OBC certificate by the deadline could lead to disqualification from the counseling process, impacting your chances of securing a seat based on your OBC rank. Therefore, ensure you have the necessary documentation ready before the counseling dates to avoid registration and admission issues.

If you have been allotted a seat through JOSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority) but did not meet the eligibility criteria of 75% marks in your board exams, you can still become eligible by improving your board exam scores through a subsequent attempt. Here's what you can do:

1. Give Improvement Exam: You can appear for the board exams again to improve your scores. Typically, the best of the two attempts is considered by many educational institutions for admission purposes.
2. Meet Eligibility Criteria: Once you achieve the required 75% aggregate (or the equivalent in your board's grading system) in your improvement exam, you will meet the eligibility criteria set by JOSAA.
3. Notify JOSAA.

Candidates must get 75% in Class 12 or be in the top 20 percentile in order to be eligible for JOSAA counselling. The qualifying percentage is 65% for candidates who identify as SC, ST, or PwD. (to be admitted to IITs). The ability to participate in JoSAA 2024 counselling will be extended to all applicants who meet the requirements for JEE Advanced 2024. The dates for the JoSAA 2024 registration period have been released by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA). On June 10, 2024, the JoSAA 2024 registration period opened. The list of participating institutes and the seat matrix for JoSAA 2024 were also made public by the administration. 

You stand a high chance of being admitted into one of the NITs (National Institutes of Technology) or IIITs (Indian Institutes of Information Technology) with an EWS rank of 25011 in JEE Mains. Depending on the number of seats available and the cutoffs for your category, you might be able to try your luck at any of the lower-ranked NITs or IIITs. 

You will need to go to CSAB (Central Seat Allocation Board) counseling, which is intended especially for JEE Main-ranking applicants seeking admission to NITs, IIITs, and other GFTIs (Government Funded Technical Institutes). Although your rank puts you within CSAB's jurisdiction for NITs and IIITs, JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority) primarily controls admissions for NITs, IIITs, IITs, and other GFTIs.
