You can try for new IIIT like IIIT Ranchi, etc. Or GFTI colleges or NIT Srinagar or eastern side NITS.

In every round, cutoff of each college based on home state, other state, category, etc. Ranking come. So, just download the cutoff pdf of 5th round from JoSAA site or from other source and check it.
