I would certainly suggest you go with ABBS because in ABBS you will get more exposure, excellent experienced faculty, industrial tie-ups, excellent placements opportunity and infrastructure.

It would be possible only if there is a tie-up between your institute and the target college (College of Horticulture, Munirabad). Moreover, transfer may only be permitted after you have completed a particular number of semesters in your course.
