According to me, you have to score as much as possible but try for above 190 score so that you will be in the top list.

NATA scores are used for admissions to different Government, government. Hello Vishwanath,
Finding cutoffs or guessing cutoffs for current year is very tough proposition. There are too many dynamic variables that decide this. E.g., total seats in the branch, total students appearing for entrance exam, perceptions of students about a particular branch or college. Frankly speaking it varies very widely. If one sees cutoffs of different branches in Dayanand college itself in 2016 and 2017 the difference is unimaginable. Hence I would sincerely advise you to not worry about this and concentrate on doing your best in the entrance exam.

CET results are not dependent upon your score in annual exam. It depends upon your performance in CET.
