Congratulations on your KCET rank! Admission to Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering for B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering will depend on various factors such as the college's cut-off ranks, the number of seats available, and the preferences of other candidates.
As you have a rank of 25,000 in KCET, you have a chance of getting admission to Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering. However, please note that admission processes and cut-off ranks can vary from year to year. You may get some random private colleges that you prefer but you cannot go to the top universities since you have 90,000th rank KCET. Try to search for some good colleges in Karnataka so that you can get a seat in that college. My suggestions are BMS College Of Engineering, R V College Of Engineering, JAIN University and so on.

Yes, you can get a seat in an engineering college with a fee of less than 70,000. But the truth is you cannot get admission to top colleges since you scored less in KCET. You can get into a normal engineering college with your preferred fee amount.

However, there are a few things you can do to increase your chances of getting a veterinary seat. First, you can try to improve your score in the KCET exam. Second, you can apply for private veterinary colleges. Third, you can consider taking the NEET exam, which is a national-level exam for admission to veterinary colleges.
