Yes, JIS University offers direct admission to the second year of BPharm through Lateral Entry. This course is offered by the School of Pharmaceutical Technology for a duration of three years. Those who want to apply must pass fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria in the first place. Candidates are required to pass DPharm with a minimum 60% aggregate from any AICTE recognised university. The final selection is done based on a valid score obtained by candidates in JIS University Entrance Test (JET).

Candidates must have passed minimum two/ three years Diploma examination or pass a BSc Degree from a recognised University as defined by UGC, with minimum 45% aggregate (40% aggreagte in case of SC/ ST candidates and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra State only). The seat intake of MCA lateral entry is 120.
