LPU offers more than 200+ programmes in various disciplines. B.tech is also offered in LPU in various streams. As an LPU alumni i would suggest, that you should go for LPU to pursue your B.tech degree through lateral entry. So, you can plan to join LPU for this programme. Admission in any programme

You can apply under the quota of non Delhi student. If you fall in merit, you will get a seat.

Let me tell you that Niether IIT's nor NIT's have Lateral Entry Scheme into 2nd year of B.Tech. There is no such provisions into NIT's for that. Even Diploma Engineering Student who cracks AIEEE will be provided Admission to the first year of B.Tech at NIT's or IIIT's. As there is no provision for l
