Hello Admit Kumar, Lateral entry entrance exam is invariably based on syllabus of Diploma. Right? As you have passed Diploma a student only needs to brush up. On this platform, counselors can not recommend a particular coaching institute. But I am sure if you walk around then you will find plenty of them. Select the one after due enquiry. Hi,
If you have completed Diploma in any branch, then you have to apply for lateral entry counseling in Anna University. Only few places are available per branch. If you get good percentage, then it will very easy to join any college of your choice. Anna university will conduct lateral entry counselling after conducting regular students admission, so you might probably join one and half month later than, the regular class for second year had completed. According to the official website, the last date to apply for Manipal University is 8th April 2019 and the Course commencement date is 1st July 2019.

Checkout the eligibility below:
Diploma (Lateral Entry):
Passed 12th standard / ITI 2 Year Course Approved by NVTI (government of India)
Obtained at least 35% marks at the qualification examination. Tech (1st Year):
Passed 10+2 examination with physics and mathematics as compulsory subject along with one of the chemistry / Biochemistry / Biology / IT/ computer science as subject. Obtained at least 45% marks in PCM (40% marks in PCM in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST) in the above subject taken together. It may vary from college to college.

State government and private colleges take lateral entry. Eligibility-

Eligibility of MCA (Lateral Entry) :
Pass in a recognized Bachelor's degree of minimum 3 years duration in BCA B.Sc. (Information Technology / Computer Science) with mathematics as a course at 10+2 level or at Graduate level and obtained atleast 50 % (45 % in the case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying degree examinations. (I) 10+2 years + 3 years Bachelors degree Pattern.
