Lateral admissions are invariably based on marks obtained in your Diploma course. In addition to this, eligibility is of the students of the state. Hence, the process begins only after result is published. Keep on checking on the website of DTE of edu of your state for further details

One can definitely apply in anticipation of result for an entrance exam since admission depends not only on securing minimum prescribed marks in qualifying exam but good ranking in entrance exam also. But invariably, lateral admission is based on marks of Diploma and no entrance exam.

You need to check the same with the college itself, as the college does not disclose the number of seats online.

Last date for submission of GIMT application form for lateral admission was 9th July 2018. Date of admission test/ admission was 12th July 2018.
