There is only 50% chances that you can get any of the college you listed above because lateral entry depends on the basis of the vacant seats available in the second year.

Yes. For this you are to register for lateral entry admission online. Based on your mark if you are eligible (chances there if comes within top 10 in your stream in Maharashtra) you can get admission in second year of B.Tech in COEP. Best wishes.

There is no provision of admission in the second year for understudies seeking B.E. from other colleges. On the off chance that you are a Diploma holder, then it is conceivable. Hope it helps.

No, after BCA, you can take admission in MCA first year, not in the 2nd year (lateral entry). If you are interested to take admission in the 1st year of MCA then you can take admission.

If you have your Diploma from an AICTE-approved college, then surely, you can have your B.Tech degree from Rajasthan through lateral entry in spite of you being from another state. Because AICTE is a central board.
