LEET stands for Lateral Entry Entrance Test. The syllabus of LEET exam varies from state technical university to other. You need to visit the official website of your state technical exam conducting authority for syllabus. You have not mentioned your state. Diploma candidates need to have at least 60% marks to apply for LEET exam of your state. This exam gives you opportunity to get direct admission in second year of engineering.

No, you can't get lateral entry in the 4th year because lateral entry only allows you to get admission in the very 2nd year of graduation in any college with certain criteria.
So, you can't get admission in 7th semester in Symbiosis College.

KNIT, Sultanpur is a better choice, as it is more focused on placements and academics compared to BIET.

First of all, congratulations for getting a decent rank in AKTU.
I will suggest you to go for every round of counselling. Your seat in KIET will not be affected if you choose float option until you get a seat in a higher choice of college.
