All the colleges provide equal opportunities in civil engineering amongst the above listed colleges. KIET has good ranking and overall placements.

You have to apply directly for the management quota seat.
Management quota admission and fee cost is not advertised openly by any of the colleges/universities across India as being a paid seat it totally depends on the discretion of the college authorities. Please contact the college authorities for

My suggestion is to scan www.cover.ac.in for B.Tech Course. One of the Best Engineering Institute in Northern India and top ranked in Uttarakhand State.

There is no chance in BIET. You may get REC college and government universities if you have filled choice and locked during counselling.

Yes, you can get lateral entry in electrical engineering at IPS Academy, Indore. You will have to fill the counseling form for lateral entry at the start of second year.
