Getting direct admission in the second year is although not permitted in most institutes, you can still contact the Institute for the guidance. As you have already pursued the diploma course, you might be given certain privilege.

It is done through offline mode. This counselling will be conducted by the Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun.

It depends on college scheduling.

You have to do job for a year in order to fill the entrance form of DTU for lateral entry.
