Admission is through counselling based on the rank obtained in Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture & Medical Entrance Test (TS-EAMCET).

Yes, if you're a Diploma passout from a Polytechnic in Maharashtra, you can apply to MIT, Pune. The admission process is conducted in June/July. But seats are limited so you will need an excellent academic record.
