Lateral entry

If your diploma course in engineering is recognised by the state council for technical education and AICTE and is considered equivalent to a polytechnic diploma then I don't think there is any problem.You are eligible for junior engineer's post. All the best.

Hello dear, look there are colleges which are good in placement as well as faculty. But before that you should be sure in which city you want to study. According to that one can decide about the college.

Harsha, b n m institute of technology, Bangalore, b m s college of engineering, Bangalore< MIT, Bangalore etc are offering lateral entry.
Apart from them there are some good universities outside Bangalore like Amity, Lovely Professional University etc that offer lateral entry. They have good placements and offer scholarships too.
