ITI certificate courses are not acceptable for lateral entry admission in B.Tech. Diploma in Engineering or B.Sc graduates can apply for B.Tech lateral entry admission.

there are no such good colleges, You need to give MBA entrance Exam and then you'll get valid degree. No direct admission permitted. Even if you get you may have serious repercussion during Placements, so go through the legal route only.
