You are true and it's expected that this time cut off will go time. Try in second and third cutoff. Infact I also want to add on that don't run for college, run for the course, the subject you love. DU has many good colleges and infact faculty in every college is very good.

The closing cutoff of general category for both colleges for B.Sc. Life Science are given below.
1. Ramjas College : 91.33%
2. Hansraj College : 95%
So the chances in Ramjas College are high.

Yes, having a degree in BSc Radiology is a mandate.

The basic eligibility criteria of asked course is a BSc Radiology & Imaging Technology degree with at least 50% marks from recognised board.

So, BSc Life Science students can not apply.
