Hi,
Firstly, to pursue M.Tech, you need to pass B.E. / B.Tech in the relevant field with minimum 60% from a recognized university. So, it is highly advisable to clear all backlogs before you apply for M.Tech.
Secondly, it is always advisable to go for regular courses rather than correspondence. But, as you have shown interest in correspondence course then below is the list of colleges :

Jeba, it depends on why you want a masters? if you just want a degree then Mtech sounds better. If there is a certain career aim, then pls share since that defines your path. There are many careers for the creative/ artistic people. Interiors as well as Web Design rely on the same skills - your layout skills and color sense. A little higher perches Graphic Design, Fashion Design and Fine Arts which rely on one of your artistic skills - sketching and imagination. As per your query it seems that you wish to pursue masters degree in mechanical engineering from universities in UK, so regarding this I would suggest you to:
- First shortlist the universities offering course of your interest.
- Once universities are shortlisted then you need to check the eligibility criteria and if you meet the eligibility criteria you may then apply accordingly.
In order to pursue masters degree from universities in UK, you need to have relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university with good academic record preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take TOEFL or IELTS test prove your english

Please remember before going for pursuing masters degree from abroad you need to first decide does the course will be helpful for you i.e. does it provide good job opportunities in India or abroad.
Please remember the cost of education in universities abroad would be much more as compared to pursuing M.Tech from India, so you need to decide whether it is worth to invest such a big amount.
