To pursue M.Tech in Nanotechnology, candidates need to pass B.E. / B.Tech in the relevant field with minimum 50% and 45% for reserved categories from a recognized university. Candidates need to sit for an entrance exam.
Some of the colleges offering M.Tech Nanotechnology are :

Every student receives a GATE score which is associated with two points, i.e., valid time period and qualifying marks. Your score is only valid when it is above or equal to the score of qualifying marks. To check, you may visit the official websites of the desired colleges or contact them directly.
2)

The better way to know about the college fee structure and placements, is contact with college. The GATE score cut off vary for admission in said discipline.
Criteria is you should have a valid GATE score card for admission.

MBA or M.Tech would largely depend upon the requirement of the specifc job, Prospects are there in both areas. You need to choose as per your liking and interest. However, generally speaking I would always advice you to go for M.Tech first (and soon after B.Tech) basically because MBA can always be doen alter also depending upon the kind of job you get. You can then choose the most appropriate specialization subject.

I dont think that one can now join M.Tech officially without clearing GATE. I suggest that you forget this and start preparing for GATE if you are really serious about doing M.Tech. Good luck Raj.
