Hi,
Please remember before going for pursuing masters degree from abroad you need to first decide does the course will be helpful for you i.e. does it provide good job opportunities in India or abroad.
Please remember the cost of education in universities abroad would be much more as compared to pursuing M.Tech from India, so you need to decide whether it is worth to invest such a big amount.
For your reference find below some of the finest study destination to pursue masters degree:
- US.
- UK.
- Australia.
- Germany.
US is the best study destination to pursue masters degree but getting a US VISA is very difficult.

MTech and MBA compete against each other, depends on your performance and specialization. remunerations again depends on your interview performance and convincing teh board of your importance to them. Degree and percentage does not help all through.

you should take Avionics or Aeronautical Engineering /Aircraft Maintenance etc In your M.Tech program to work in Aviation field.

If you really want to get admission in robotics field for your post graduation course then Electronics and Communication branch will be best to you.
Actually, you will gets all the basic knowledge of Microprocessors, computer languages. You may get various ideas with studying of this stream, anytime you can consult with your teacher. Now, taking next step.
Embedded Technology also a part of robotics and ECE candidate can easily understand all the tricks, tips to understand this field. Being an ECE Engineer, i cab assure you that ECE will be best choice to take admission in Robotics Engineering for M.tech
