Frankly speaking, lateral admission will take you to graduation course but NIT what you desire. I would strongly advise you to approach deemed to be universities which offer such integrated courses. You can opt for a B.Tech and M.Tech integrated course in any university which have a integrated cource in civil engineering. You must have a 10+2 with Science stream.
