B.Tech alone is quite a beneficial degree. It is quite obvious considering this fact that going for M.Tech after a B.Tech degree would definitely be fruitful. Integrated B.Tech and M.Tech is therefore definitely beneficial. After completing B.Tech, students can add to their educational qualification and improve their skills by going for a Master's degree. Eligibility to apply: Graduation (BTech) with 60%

Additional Details: Candidates must have completed any one of the mandatory subjects or professional societies examination recognized by MHRD/UPSC/AICTE.

Final year students can also apply on provisional basis.

B.Sc+M.Sc+Ph.D (BT) is a science stream course available in all major arts and science colleges whereas B.E. / B.Tech. +M.Tech+Ph.D. (BT) is an engineering course (more applied) which is to be pursued in an engineering college/ technical university. Career prospects are different. Option: 2nd is better, but costlier than the earlier one.
