Material technology is not very good at NITS. In NITS there is not very pressure of work so you will get time for preparation.

Your GATE score should be more than 550 for this college.

GATE score required for IISC-Bangalore is more than 750. For safer side, your score should be 800 above to get good branch.

There are some best college for embedded system, so please apply following course in given college.

There is no meaning of marks in GATE. It depends on the rank and also in branch. If you are from MECH, CIVIL or EE, then only you can get your state government college. But, if you are from ECE, then you can apply for new NITS or IIITS.
