Most of the college done the 2nd year Diploma admission through the Centralized admission process (CAP) conducted by DTE Maharashtra. Hence please apply through DTE Maharashtra website as under. While for Bangalore you may seeks admission in following colleges.

5. Baldwin Polytechnic.

The eligibility for applying is you need to have passed 10+2 in English medium, those who have not studied from English medium should have completed IELTS level 6.
There will be an Aptitude Test conducted by the college.
