Yes, you can join this college after the completing first year in B.Sc animation and visual graphics. It is not a problem. In fact, you can also join it now as most probably this offers a Diploma course. You should also consider MAAC and ARENA.

That won't be an issue. IIT is a central government institution and they give admission to students from across India. Your caste status would be applicable across India.

To get admission for B.Sc in Forensic Science, one should have completed class 12th with PCM/PCB. However, to pursue B.Sc Physics, Chemistry and Forensic Science, one must have done 12+2 with PCM subjects. Whereas, to pursue B.Sc. Life Sciences, Chemistry & Forensic Sciences, one should have studied PCB/ PCMB.
