No, you should not apply for the colleges separately after filling the exam. You will get admission through cap rounds which will happen after the results are declared. Hello Pranjal,
Majority of the colleges located in Mumbai area admit students based on the entrance examination conducted by the State Government of Maharashtra called MHT CET. The admissions based on JEE Mains are against the all india quota but these seats are very limited in numbers and very tough to get admission. The Deemed to be university in this area conduct their own exam for admission and you may have to appear for these if you are interested in getting admission in one of the deemed universities. The Admission process for this year for LLB-3 years course has not been disclosed so far. However the admission process for batch 2018-2021 was as under for your guidance. Eligibility :-Graduate from any recognised University or Institution of National Importance with a minimum of 45% marks or equivalent grade (40% Marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste /Scheduled Tribes) at graduation. Selection procedure :- Writing Sample and Personal Interaction of the candidates. Final selection shall be
based on the combined merit list of Writing Sample and Personal Interaction.
