You cannot enroll directly at D Y Patil University in Pune. Entrance exam results or, depending on the course, academic merit are used to determine admission to the university. NEET UG scores are used for programs like MBBS and BAMS, while JEE Mains scores are used for engineering programs like B.Tech and M.Tech. For other courses, there might be an entrance exam and an interview with a university representative.
