International Institute of Information Technology, Pune is a popular choice among BTech students, because of its excellent placements and facilities. It is also recognized by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Govt. of Maharashtra.

Admissions to the Maharashtra Academy of Naval Education and Training (MANET) are determined by UGC rules, AICTE regulations, and DG Shipping policies. Admission to the full-time MANET BTech (Marine Engineering), BTech (Lateral Entry), and BSc (Nautical Science) programs is determined by the results of the most recent qualifying exam and the IMUCET score. Both residential programs are available from MANET. All applicants must meet further physical, medical, age, and gender requirements in order to be admitted to the academy. MANET has a track record of placements abroad with numerous reputable businesses.

The total fees for the two-year PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) programme at Pune Business School (PBS) was INR 5.90 lakhs for all specializations except PGDM in Agri-business, which was INR 5.50 lakhs. This fee includes the one-time registration fee of INR 50,000.

The average fees for the eight courses at Pune Business School is INR 2,95,000 per year.

CII Mumbai offers a postgraduate-level Management courses, MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Admission to CII Mumbai MBA is entrance-based and the college accepts various national-level entrance exams such as  CAT/ MAT/ GMAT/ XAT. The college also accepts the score entrance exam held at Amity Noida Campus. The selection criteria of CII Mumbai also include previous academic records, English language tests, Extempore and Personal Interviews. Candidates with a minimum of 50% marks in class 10, class 12 and graduation are eligible to apply for CII Mumbai courses.

Dr. Omprakash G. Kakde is the Director of IIIT Nagpur. He holds a BE (Electrical Engineering) degree from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (VNIT), Nagpur. Additionally, Mr. Omprakash has done his M.Tech from IIT Bombay and PhD from VNIT Nagpur.
