Hello Manoj,
For getting admission to marine Engineering, procedure is same as that for any other branch of engineering. You will have to appear and clear one or the other entrance exam. JEE Mains is for NIT and JEE Advanced is for IIT's.

Samundra Institute of Maritime Studies is a good institute as it insures hundred percent placement to it cadets and works hard to achieve it at the end of placement sessions. The institute has its own executive shipment management system which provides training to cadets on ships. Hello Manoj,
Eligibility for joining any engineering college is completion of 12th. Hence you can not think of joining marine engineering after 10th.
Of course you can take the route of 10th, then diploma and then engineering. This way you will avoid 12th & 12th.

The eyesight of candidates must not have any degree of squin or any morbid condition of eyes or of the eyelids that is liable to aggravate or recur. Neither should they exhibit symptoms of the pressure of trachoma and iris complications. Candidates must possess good binocular vision (fusion faculty and a full field of vision in both eyes).
