It's really nice to know your dreams / desire to do graduation after completing diploma. You can get admission by lateral entry in your home state which is normally based on marks obtained in Diploma.

To be eligible to do marine engineering course, you should have passed 12th standard or an equivalent examination with PCM stream from a recognised board.
