IMUCET is Indian Maritime University Common Entrance Test (IMU CET) is a national-level entrance exam conducted annually by the Indian Maritime University (IMU) for admission to its undergraduate and postgraduate maritime programs.
Only citizens of India are eligible to write this exam. Hence if you are a citizen of Nepal, you cannot attempt to write this exam.

The course structure and syllabus for Marine Engineering course is similar to other engineering branches. Even though studying marine engineering is difficult, it is not impossible. Mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and naval architecture are just a few of the many topics covered in the course. Additionally, students must do practical training in stores and on ships.
