No. TANCET is for MBA and MCA.

The SSCBS entrance test is open for both Maths and non-maths students. But being from a Maths background is preferable as the entrance test requires decent knowledge of Maths upto class 12.

Yes you can do Maths in first year and then choose whatever subject you want after that

I will suggest you to do a course in CSE with specialisation in Machine learning. This course is very demanding and needs heavy Maths like Statistics and Probability. Hope my suggestion helped you. All the best for your future.
