The syllabus for UG programme is based on class 11th and 12th. So, I would suggest you cover all the mathematics topics of class 11th and 12th.

The general criteria for best 4 calculation is that you must add one language and 3 academic subjects from list A. So, if in place of maths, you wish to add any subject like physical education or music then there would be a deduction of 2.5% from your total percentage after calculating the best fours. And yes, you might get admission in English honors in colleges like Bharti College and others affiliated with DU and might even get in Sri Guru Nanak Dev Khalsa if you wait for the 5th or 6th cut-off.

DU offers a wide variety of courses for students of commerce without maths. BA in English, Hindi, Sanskrit, Political Sc., Psychology and Anthropology. Foreign languages like French, German and Korean are also offered, along with BA.

No, there is no criteria specifically for mathematics marks. However, one must have 45% of passing marks in aggregate and also must include mathematics in best four.
