There is no relation as such at all. It depends on your interest if you wish to pursue law or not. However, law is a bit analytical sometimes wherein you might enjoy if you are interested in solving problems.

Ramanujam college is better than Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College for B.Sc in Maths (H).

BHU's main campus is what you should choose. It is the best college for maths Honors. No doubt, Shaheed Bhagat Singh college is also a very good college but still, BHU is better than it.

When we take admission in any Bachelor's degree we need to be eligible for that. Unless that university or college has clearly stated that they can give Provisional Admission on the condition that you will pass that subject in a fixed time, you may not get admission.

Yes, it is good. If you want to go for other colleges, then wait for cutoffs to drop.
