I will suggest you to give improvement exam in math or give the class 12th exam again. You also hadn't got a good mark in JEE. So, prepare for JEE also once again. It will benefit you. Keep in mind you have no other option. So, prepare well. Don't worry, problems come in everyone's life. So, prepare well. Good luck. For any help, comment.

Both are good to pursue. It will be better if you take as per your interest in particular field. Do select the field in which you want to see yourself in future. Best of luck. Thank You.

For engineering maths is must. You can work on it. Try SASTRA and Amity. They are good universities for biotechnology.
Good luck.

You should go according to your branch of interest. You need to opt for the field in which you are mostly interested because both the colleges are very good. If you don't have any branch issue then go for IIIT-Delhi.
Best of luck.
