Firstly, the admission to engineering in any branch including IT is normally not based on marks of 12th but is based on marks obtained in the concerned CET. So, if you study well and obtain a percentile of 80, you will have bright chances of getting your desired branch.

Give the supplementary test for Maths and clear the exam. And then you can take admission into Private Colleges all over India.

No, it won't be. The maths taught in B.Com (Honours) is the basic maths which is taught till class 10th. So, it wouldn't make any difference. Thanks and all the best.

For academic courses, a student need to take up for a career in mathematics are:-
After class 12th courses in Mathematics
B.Sc. Regular 3-year course (Maths)
B.Sc (Hons) 4 year course
B.Sc (Auctorial Science)
After Graduation Courses in Mathematics
M.Sc. Integrated Courses
A student, after 12th, can also opt for a 4-year or 5-year integrated courses:
4-year B. S. and 1 year M. S programme
IISc is currently having a 4 year B. S (Bachelors in Science) and 1 year M. S. (Masters in Science) programme for study in Mathematics]
5-year Integrated M.Sc. Programme
