Generally, the mandatory subjects for applying to biotechnology/bio-engineering course are Biology, Chemistry, Physics/ Zoology. Every college is different and hence their admission criteria also varies. The minimum eligibility for applying to biotech is to qualify the +2 exams with min 60% (for general). Also, the admission is based on merit screening. If you fulfil these requirements. You are 99% eligible. Go for it.

No, you can't, Please reappear for compartment exams as you won't be eligible for B.Tech course without passing maths subject.

You can give entrance exams like IIT JAM CISR-NET, etc. If you get selected, you can do your Masters. Some institutions also prove integrated Ph.D course.
