Okay, first of all I would like to tell you about the concept of best of four. Basically it's the aggregate average of the best four of your subjects, and not a list you're ranked in. So you're best of four is 95.25 (Accountancy, Econ, BSt, Eng). You have to take English because best of four requires at least one language subject. Now, about your percentage. SRCC's cut off barely goes below 97.8%-97.5%. So practically speaking, I'd say it's not but there are other great colleges is DU as well, you can try them.

Application Criteria-
Compulsory Subjects in class 12 - English and Math or Business Maths or Business Maths and Eco
Aggregate calculation - English plus Maths or B. Maths or B. Maths and Eco plus any two
Marks requirement for Application - Agg 60 percentage
Selection- on the basis of Board marks
Index Calculation is done on the basis AGG percentage.

Please check for your eligibility to pursue a course in Anthropology from the criteria mentioned below:
Eligibility for B.Sc. In Anthropology:
A Higher Secondary qualification/ 10+2 or equivalent qualification in the Science stream from a recognised educational Board of the country. A minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Some institutes and universities conduct their own entrance examinations for admission to the course. Selection to this course is based on the candidates performance in both 10+2 and the entrance examination. Regards.
