It is difficult to predict your rank based on the marks obtained in the exam. Request you to wait for ranks to be made available by the exam authorities. The IIT JAM 2018 exam was successfully conducted on 11th February 2018. Those who have appeared in the exam can now see their IIT JAM result on 20th March 2018.

I'm sorry to tell you that 59.6% is way too low for admission in any course in Delhi University. Look for some other institutions, mostly private institutions.

Bachelor of Commerce or B.Com. Is a 3-year undergraduate degree in Commerce, the minimum eligibility for which is passing of Higher Secondary Examination with Maths and English as core subjects. Admission Process for the course is usually merit-based, however, some colleges might conduct entrance tests for admission to this course. Regarding qualification for a teacher, you can go for either B.Sc or B.Tech. But if you want a career in teaching field then only you should go for B.Sc followed M.Sc, NET or B.Ed.
